1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup reduced-fat Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges and extra parsley for serving

1. Prepare the Shrimp:
Rinse and pat the shrimp dry. Season lightly with salt, pepper and a touch of lemon zest.

2. Infuse the Aromatics:
