4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preheat the broiler on high.
Cut the top shell of each lobster tail with kitchen shears and gently pull the meat upward.
Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
Broil for 8-10 minutes until the lobster is opaque and lightly browned.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
