1. Preheat the Oven

🔥 Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prepare the French Fries

🥔 Place the cut potatoes in a bowl. Drizzle with vegetable oil, season with salt, and toss to coat evenly.

🍟 Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

3. Caramelize the Onions

Add the sliced onions, sprinkle with sugar, and cook for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and caramelized.

4. Cook the Ribeye Steaks
