2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
1/2 cup pickle juice
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp fresh dill (optional but amazing)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter or oil

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Add chopped pickles and dill — mix evenly.
In another bowl, combine milk, pickle juice, egg, and melted butter.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until combined.
Transfer to the loaf pan and bake for 45–50 minutes or until golden.
Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
