1 cup water
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 1/2 tbsp unflavored gelatin

1. Warm the liquid
In a small saucepan, add:
water
lemon juice
honey
turmeric
ginger
Heat on medium–low, stirring until warm (don’t boil).
2. Add the gelatin
Sprinkle the gelatin over the warm mixture slowly while whisking to avoid lumps.
Continue whisking until the gelatin dissolves completely.
3. Pour into molds
Remove from heat.
Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds (or a small baking dish lined with parchment).
4. Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
5. Remove & store
Pop out the gummies.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
