2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup eggnog
2 tbsp rum flavor extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add flavor: Stir in the melted butter, eggnog, rum flavor extract, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
Bring it together: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until no dry streaks remain.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
