Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken wings

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Marinate wings in buttermilk, salt, pepper, and paprika for 1 hour.

2. Dredge in flour until evenly coated.

3. Deep fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.

4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot!
