Prep the Lobster:

Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top of each lobster shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell for an elegant presentation.

Poach in Butter:

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and a pinch of salt.

Place the lobster tails in the butter, meat side down. Cook gently for 6–8 minutes, spooning butter over the tails as they cook. The meat should turn opaque and tender — avoid boiling.

Finish the Sauce:

Just before serving, stir lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped parsley into the butter. Add a bit of cracked black pepper to taste.

Serve & Garnish:

Transfer the lobster tails to plates and spoon the lemon-herb butter sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley and a little extra lemon zest for brightness.

Pro Tip:

Pair with creamy risotto, buttered asparagus, or roasted potatoes for a full fine-dining experience at home!
