Butter Swim Blueberry Sweet Biscuits

 

 

 

 

 

 


You’ll Need:⁠

2 packages Martha White Blueberry Muffin Mix⁠
1 1/2 cups buttermilk⁠
1/2 cup butter, melted⁠

To Make:⁠

1. Preheat oven to 450F.⁠
2. In a large bowl, combine muffin mix and milk until smooth.⁠
3. Add melted butter to a 9×9 baking dish. Pour batter over melted butter. Smooth the top using a spatula and cut into 9 squares.⁠
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.⁠
5. Drizzle on icing while warm (optional) and enjoy!

Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
