* 2 cups all purpose flour
* 1 tbsp orange zest
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/3 cup melted butter
* 2 large eggs
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries

Heat oven to 375 F and line a muffin tray.
Mix flour, zest, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Whisk sugar, melted butter, eggs and milk until smooth.
Fold wet and dry mixtures together until just combined.
Stir in cranberries and divide batter evenly.
Bake 16 to 20 minutes until domed and lightly golden.
Cool 5 minutes before removing for the best soft crumb.
