Directions:
1. Boil the Milk:

2. Strain the Curds:

2.2. Squeeze out any excess liquid from the curds.
3. Blend and Chill:
3.1. Transfer the strained curds to a food processor.
3.2. Add the salt and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3.3. Refrigerate the cream cheese for at least 30 minutes before serving.
