1 lb pork ribs

1 lb beef sausages (or ćevapi)

1 lb chicken thighs, cubed

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tbsp olive oil

Optional: BBQ sauce for ribs

Fries (frozen or homemade)

1. Prep the Meats

Pork Ribs:

Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Optional: Rub with BBQ sauce before cooking or add after grilling.

Chicken Thighs:

In a bowl, toss the chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.

Let marinate for at least 20 minutes (or overnight in the fridge).

Beef Sausages/Ćevapi:

No prep needed unless you want to lightly coat them with oil or season with pepper.

2. Cook the Ribs

You can pre-cook ribs for tenderness:

Oven method: Wrap in foil and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 1.5–2 hours until tender.

Grill-only method: Grill over indirect heat for 45–60 minutes, turning occasionally.

3. Grill Everything

Heat the grill to medium-high.

Place the ribs on first to finish and caramelize (5–10 minutes per side).

Grill the sausages/ćevapi for about 6–8 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through.

Grill the chicken cubes for 10–12 minutes, turning to get even color and make sure they reach 165°F (74°C) internal temperature.

4. Make the Fries

Air fryer: 400°F for 15–18 min

Oven: 425°F for 20–25 min

Deep fry: 350°F until golden

Season with salt immediately after cooking.

5. Assemble the Platter

Serve all grilled meats on a large warm platter next to a pile of crispy fries.
Add sides like:

Onions

Ajvar

Tzatziki or garlic yogurt

Pickles

Grilled peppers

Fresh bread or flatbread
