* 2 cups flour
* 1½ cups sugar
* ½ tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp salt
* 32 oz mixed dried fruit
* 1 cup chopped pecans
* 3 large eggs
* ½ cup orange juice
* ¼ cup softened butter
* ¼ cup molasses

👉 Steps: Mix dry ingredients, then add fruit, nuts, eggs, juice, butter & molasses. Pour into a greased loaf or tube pan and bake at 300°F for 1½–2 hours until golden and firm. Cool completely before slicing.
