For the Cajun Salmon 🐟
• 🐟 Salmon fillets
• 🌶️ Cajun seasoning
• 🧂 Salt
• 🫚 Paprika
• 🫒 Olive oil
• 🍋 Lemon wedges (for serving)

For the Garlic Mashed Potatoes 🥔🧄
• 🥔 Potatoes, peeled & cubed
• 🧄 Garlic cloves, minced
• 🧈 Butter
• 🥛 Milk or cream
• 🧂 Salt
• ⚫ Black pepper

For the Shrimp Veggie Medley 🦐🥦🥕🌶️
• 🦐 Shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 🥦 Broccoli florets
• 🥕 Carrot slices
• 🌶️ Bell peppers, sliced
• 🧄 Garlic, minced
• 🫒 Olive oil
• 🧂 Salt & pepper
• 🌿 Parsley, chopped (optional)

1️⃣ Cook the Cajun Salmon
1. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil.
2. Season generously with Cajun seasoning, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
4. Cook salmon 3–4 minutes per side until blackened and flaky.
5. Squeeze lemon over the top.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Mash
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft (about 12–15 minutes).
2. Drain and mash with butter, garlic, milk/cream, salt, and pepper.
3. Whip until creamy and fluffy.

3️⃣ Prepare the Shrimp Veggie Medley
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers; cook until tender but crisp.
3. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook until shrimp turn pink (2–3 minutes).
5. Sprinkle parsley.

4️⃣ Assemble

Plate a scoop of garlic mash, top with Cajun salmon, and serve with the shrimp veggie medley on the side.
