Ingredients
Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni slices
Cooked sausage crumbles
Diced bell peppers
Chopped onions
Marinara sauce
Egg wash (optional, for brushing the dough)
Italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Arrange the pepperoni slices, cooked sausage crumbles, bell peppers, and onions on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the fillings for extra flavor.
Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly to form a log, sealing the seams.
Place the garbage bread seam side down on the baking sheet.
If desired, brush the top of the dough with egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
