– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 2 tbsp mustard
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 egg, beaten
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Additional ketchup for glazing

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, and breadcrumbs.
3. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and garlic. Mix until well combined.
4. Stir in the beaten egg and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased or lined loaf pan.
6. Spread additional ketchup on top for glazing.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
8. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
