Milkshake Base

1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream

½ cup whole milk (or more for a thinner shake)

½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

¼ cup cheesecake chunks (from baked or no-bake cheesecake)

1–2 tbsp raspberry syrup OR 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sweetness)

Toppings

Whipped cream

Extra cheesecake chunks

Fresh raspberries

Raspberry syrup drizzle

Crushed graham crackers (optional)

1. Blend the milkshake

1. Add vanilla ice cream, milk, raspberries, ¼ cup cheesecake chunks, and syrup (if using) to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner shake.

 

2. Prepare the glass

3. Drizzle raspberry syrup inside the glass.

4. Dip the rim in syrup, then into crushed graham crackers for a cheesecake vibe (optional).

 

3. Assemble the freakshake

5. Pour the raspberry cheesecake shake into the prepared glass.

6. Top with a tall swirl of whipped cream.

7. Add extra cheesecake chunks, fresh raspberries, and more syrup drizzled on top.

 

💡 Tips

Freeze your glass first for a thicker, colder shake.

Add a scoop of cream cheese to the blender for an even stronger cheesecake flavor.

For a pinker color, add a small spoon of raspberry jam.
