Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/4 tsp instant yeast

3/4 cup warm milk

2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions:

1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

2. Add warm milk + melted butter and knead 8-10 min.

3. Let rise 1 hour.

4. Shape into a loaf, place in pan.

5. Rise 30-40 min.

6. Bake at 350°F (180 ✓ or 25-28 min
