2 to 3 pounds pork loin
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Start by trimming any excess fat from the pork loin and patting it dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork loin on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer the seared pork loin to the slow cooker. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing or shredding.
Serve with additional barbecue sauce and your favorite sides.
